Nosecreek Softball is proud to announce the first recipients of the Kelsey Claeys-Ostermann Memorial Scholarship in 2020:
• Madison McNees
• Faith Penner
• Aspen Penner
• Devon Wall
Kelsey was a true builder of the sport of softball; always making sure no player was left out, making room on existing teams and giving all players a place to develop their softball skills in a fun safe environment. It was during her tenure as President that Nose Creek Softball introduced the player scholarship, so it is fitting that we honor her with the title. Her vision and dedication built Nose Creek Softball Association into a recognized organization throughout Alberta and Western Canada. All these past and present Nose Creek players chosen to receive the award this year have demonstrated the values that Kelsey exemplified.
Congratulations to each of you and good luck in your continuing education!
