In the event a serious conflict should arise, deemed so by the Board of Directors, a special meeting will take place with the following members: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Registrar and Secretary, in order to resolve the matter.
Individuals involved may be requested to also be present at this meeting.
Once a decision has been made, the decision is final.
