For all Nose Creek Clinics and Timbits, any withdrawals after payment is received will be refunded at 75% of the total fee paid. No refunds will be provided after the first session. If sessions are cancelled due to new COVID-19 restrictions, a partial refund will only be provided if Nose Creek receives a refund from the facility.
For U9-U19 season registrations, any withdrawals on or before the first evaluation will be refunded at 75% of the total fee paid. No refunds will be issued after this date.
