Please do not purchase a bat — we have plenty available for player use.
Have fun, try your best, and be a good teammate
Be respectful to coaches, evaluators, and fellow players
Time between drills is limited — please listen carefully and avoid chatting
Help set a positive, supportive tone for your player
Avoid unrealistic expectations or unnecessary pressure
Our goal is for players to enjoy softball and build confidence
Prolific Sports House: Parents must wait outside (no viewing area available)
Absolute Sports: Parents are not permitted during sessions due to shared space
U9 (all locations):
Parents may stay inside the building but outside the gym
Parents of U9 players may briefly wait in the viewing area at the start if their child is anxious
Please remain quiet so coaches can do their job
Once your child is comfortable, please wait elsewhere in the facility
Recording of any kind (photos, video, etc.)
Communicating with coaches, evaluators, or players during sessions
Complaining in front of other parents — please request a private discussion instead
