On-line registration will occur each year from December 1 to mid-March, or until teams are full as determined by the Nose Creek Board.
Once the teams are full, waitlists will be set up and registration will open again when there are enough registrants to make another complete team.
For U10-U19, players with a specific skill (catcher, pitcher) may be taken from the waitlist before a person higher on the waitlist if that skill is needed.
Refunds: Registrants will be reimbursed 75% of the registration fee if they withdraw prior to the first evaluation. After this date, no refunds will be issued as the majority of fees will have been paid to Calgary Minor Softball. Exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the Registrar.
