Registration Information for U9 - U19 Divisions

We welcome young ladies from all skill levels who live within the district of Nose Creek! (see map). If you reside outside of our boundary please check here to find your district.

Important Information
Div 1 teams play into July and all are expected to compete in provincials if successful.
U13 and U15 teams will be participating in an additional 3 tournaments throughout the season that will determine what teams go to provincials in July:
1. Saturday, May 16 to Monday, May 18 (long weekend)
2. Friday, May 29 to Sunday, May 31
3. Friday, June 12 to Sunday, June 14
*Players who evaluate and choose to be on the Division 1 team will be charged an additional $150 to cover additional expenses. This fee covers diamonds, umpires, and a longer season.

For families who qualify, participants may apply for Kidsport or Jumpstart funding to cover registration fees. Registration fees may also be partially paid by working bingo shifts at the Thorncliffe-Greenview Community Association. Please email registrar@nosecreeksoftball.ca for more information.

Game Days (2026 Calgary Minor Softball Game Dates by Division)

The season begins with Opening weekend on April 24-26, 2026 (4 games)

Games are Monday and Wednesday (U9, U13 & U17/U19) or Tuesday and Thursday (U11, & U15) evenings (usual start time is 6:45 pm).

Practice days and times are determined by each team.
Nose Creek Tournament (May - Mother's Day Weekend)
All Nose Creek teams will participate in the Nose Creek tournament on May 8-10, 2026.
U9's will participate in a Jamboree Tournament later in the season
2026 City Championships

Provincials
All teams will have the opportunity to go to Provincials. Please see the Softball Alberta website for more information:
Please Note: Nose Creek Softball will form another team if there are enough players on a waitlist.
Refund Policy:
Any withdrawals after payment is received will be refunded at 75% of the total fee paid. Out-of-bounds registrants will only be refunded 75%. No refunds will be provided after the first evaluation.
By registering, you are committing to attending at least 75% of games and practices.
